Rule 103
Inspecting
(1) The person who has permission to inspect may inspect the related missile or document on the day or days for which permission has been granted in that order from twelve o'clock to three o'clock.
(2) A person who has permission to inspect shall be allowed to inspect the missile or document only at the discretion of the personnel conducting the inspection.
